Terms & ConditionsProducts and Services: 
  • THD offers a concept service of renting designer/brand dresses. (exclusively- purchasing the dress is invalid option)
  • The dresses range between evening and bridal gowns, simple and embellished, small - medium - large sizes.
  • Some modifications can be integrated into the dresses in terms of size and style.
  • The dresses undergo dry-cleaning and full fabric checkup.
Prices and Payments:
  • Dresses are priced in the local currency
  • Payment of dress rental can be collected in local currency or universal currency (in specific cases approved by the shop)
  • The is a NO-refund and NO-exchange policy after signing the contract.
  • Prices of dresses are fixed after the consignment agreements are signed with suppliers. 
  • Discounts on prices is an option approved only by the management under certain conditions. 
  • Renting dresses is done through paying a deposit of a fixed amount (specified by the shop according to each dress)
Guarantees and Warranties:
  • Renting a dress is done by signing an agreement with the shop.
  • The client must take good care of the dress she is renting. Any damage caused by the client (severe or repairable), the client must pay a damage compensation as per our damaged item policy.
Copyright and Trademarks:
  • The pictures available on the website are copyrights for the shop. 
  • The pictures are shared by clients of the shop with their consent.
  • The pictures, videos, and dress descriptions created by the marketing team of THD and shared on social media are trademark of the shop.
  • The logo of the shop is copyright for THD and cant be used by other businesses/companies. 
Termination of Service:
  • The client/customer can cancel her reservation agreement anytime. No compensation will be paid. The deposit paid, however, will be lost.
  • The duration of dress consignment at the shop varies from 1-2 years.
  • The supplier can't withdraw her dress permanently or cancel her agreement with the shop without mutual consent.
  • The consignment date details are open to modification (with the approval of both parties).
Governing Law:
  • THD abides by the law and regulations set by the government.
  • THD respects the governmental Labor Laws and is committed to insure the safety of its employees.
  • THD protects the customer rights.
  • THD is committed to transparency with its suppliers.
What information do we need to provide the App Services? 
  • If you register an account to use the App then we will need some information from you to set this up.
  • We will also process some information when you use the App (e.g., to make sure your profile is saved)
  • If you choose to set up your App profile using a social media account, we also collect information from that social media account.
  • If you need to get in touch with us then we will also retain some information so that we can get back in touch with you and address any concerns.
How will we use your information? 
  • We use your information to provide the many functions and services that comprise the App Services.
  • We also use your information for account verification, security purposes, to support and improve the App Services, to process transactions as part of the App Services, and to provide you with App updates.
  • We do not share your information with any third parties, except where we need to in order to provide the App Services (e.g., using our affiliates around the world to help us to deliver the App Services) or monitor the success of our marketing and advertising programs, or where we are instructed to by a court, authority or compelled by law.

  • We also have affiliates around the world who help us deliver the App Services and we may be required by a court or legal obligation to disclose certain information in some circumstances.

  • Our servers are located in Europe. Your information can be accessed from outside of where you live by our support, engineering and other teams around the world

  • We generally retain your information for the period during which you maintain an account for this App after which time your data is deleted

  • Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights with respect to your information, such as rights of access, to receive a copy of your data, or to delete your data or restrict or object to our processing of your data.
